Interest in application of physical processing methods, particular, ultrasound technologies, has grown significantly recent years. Ultrasonic technologies minimize the percentage water extracted oil. The main advantages ultrasonic treatment over numerous methods improving structural and mechanical properties heavy metals are its low energy consumption, high efficiency, technical environmental safety. There have been carried out microscopic studies influence on disperse phase structure stability emulsions based light oil from Yu. Korchagin field with a mass content 40, 60, 80%. emulsion is shown to become less at increasing emulsion. stable 60% had significant effect Both positive (acceleration stratification) negative effects (strong heating evaporation fractions) were observed. effectiveness using intensify separation specified composition confirmed by analysis optical images structure, because decrease size droplets layer dispersion medium observed course wave processing.
